IBRAHIM KHAN Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) By the instant petition under Sec. 482 Cr.P.C.1 the petitioner seeks quashing of History-sheet opened by S.H.O. Police Station, Mandar, district Sirohi against the petitioner.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Public Prosecutor for the State. Carefully gone through the material available on record. Mr. Rejendra Choudhary,Sub-Inspector, S.H.O., Police Station Mandar is present in Court along with the relevant record.

(3.) It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that there were three cases instituted against t he petitioner, one at Gujarat and two at Rajasthan and in all the three cases, after trial, the petitioner has been acquitted. This fact has not been disputed by the concerned S.H.O. and Public Prosecutor.
