JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter came before me on various occasions but no one appeared for the petitioners. Today also, no one appears for the petitioners.

(2.) The petitioners have challenged the order dated 24.2.2005 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Jodhpur (for short, "the Family Court" hereinafter) in Criminal Original Case No. 109/1996 on an application filed by the petitioners under Section 125 Cr.P.C.. whereby the application filed by the petitioners against non-petitioner No.2 was allowed and the maintenance @ Rs.1000.00 each, totalling Rs.2000.00, was awarded in favour of the petitioners and against the non- petitioner No.2. By the instant petition, the petitioners seek enhancement of maintenance.

(3.) I have carefully gone through the order impugned. A sum of Rs.1000.00 each in favour of petitioners No.1 and 2 awarded by the Family Court appears to the just and proper. In the circumstances, therefore, I do not find any error, illegality or perversity in the order impugned. The revision petition is dismissed.
