JUDGEMENT

(1.) THESE 8 writ petitions have come in the light of following facts:

(2.) APPARENTLY , the two such divergent views coming at a distance of mere two days by same Tribunal show the total arbitrariness of orders under challenge.

(3.) ACCORDINGLY , we set aside the impugned order directing the petitioner to pre -deposit consolidated sum of Rs. 25 lacs before hearing of 8 appeals and further direct that the Tribunal shall hear all these 8 appeals on merit without insisting on pre -deposit of any amount as was done in respect of other 4 appeals and the appeals in question shall be decided after considering the orders already passed in remaining appeals on 12 -4 -2006.
