JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) The petitioners challenge the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal allowing the original application filed by respondent No.1, Maher Singh.

(3.) The Original Application No.93/2003 was preferred by Maher Singh challenging the order dated 31st March, 2003 by which the respondent No.2, Mukesh Chand, non-applicant No.3 before the Tribunal was promoted as Technician Grade I (Tool Hardener).
