(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and public prosecutor for the State. Perused the order impugned. By the order impugned, a non-bailable warrant has been issued against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will appear and move a regular bail on 18/5/2006 before the trial court.

If the petitioner appears before the trial court and moves a regular bail application on 18/5/2006, the trial court shall decide the bail application on the same day and release the petitioner on bail on the terms and conditions which the trial court thinks fit. Till 18/5/2006, non-bailable warrant issued against petitioner Barda S/o Hazari shall not be executed.
(3.) However, if the petitioner fails to appear before the trial court on 18/5/2006, it will be open for the trial court to secure his presence by non-bailable warrant. The revision petition is accordingly disposed of.
