SUNITA DEVI Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition under Sec. 482 Crimial P.C. has been filed by Smt. Sunita Devi, the complainant-petitioner for issuing directions for expeditious investigation in F.I.R. No. 218/2005 P.S- Kotwali, Sikar which was lodged by her for the offences under Sections 498-A and 406 I.P.C. on 21.3.2005.

(2.) The grievance of the complainant-petitioner is that the police has not submitted the report under Sec. 173 Crimial P.C. after completion of investigation, even after expiry of a period of more than an year since the lodging of the F.I.R.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has also no objection to the issuing of directions for expeditious completion of investigation.
