JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter comes on the application dt. 3.4.2006 said to have been filed for impleading respondents no. 3/1 to 3/8 in place of deceased respondent no.3. A look at the application shows that this application does not relate to this writ petition at all, inasmuch as, that application has been filed in Writ No. 6974 of 2005 Gurdayal Kaur Vs. A.D.J. No.2, Sri Ganganagar while the present writ petition is 4974 of 2004. Thus, there is absolutely no similarity even in the case number or title of the case. The application is, therefore, directed to be placed in appropriate file.

(2.) At the same time, such misfiling of papers is a very very serious matter, inasmuch as, such wrong filing of papers is worse than paper lost, and ought we know what complication it may have created in Writ No. 6974 which appears to be a writ petition arising from some civil litigation pending in the trial court, apart from the fact that valuable time of the Court is wasted on account of it.

(3.) The Court in the past has also come across many such incidents where papers have been wrongly filed in the incorrect files, but then, bearing benevolence the lapse was simply glossed over, but it appears, that the things are destined to increase the indiscipline, and inefficient working.
