JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the criminal misc. petition filed by petitioner No. 3 Himmat Ram.

(2.) The Cr. misc. petition filed by petitioner No. 3 Himmat Ram is, therefore, dismissed as not pressed.
