JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the impugned order dated 28. 1. 2005 by which the Claims Tribunal awarded Rs. 50,000/- as interim award under Section 140 of the Motor Vehicle Act.

(2.) THE petitioners have challenged the impugned order to the extent of depositing the said amount in the fixed deposit for the period of five years.
