JUDGEMENT

(1.) The learned counsel for the respondents submits that in pursuance of the Court order dated 12.5.2005 the wages as per provisions of Section 17B of the Act of 1947 have been calculated and sanctioned by the Directorate, Jal Grahan Vikas and Bhu Sakrakshan, Jaipur vide order dated 15.9.2005 and the Assistant Agriculture Engineer, Panchayat Samiti, Sumerpur has been directed to make payment of the amount of Rs.1,01,929/- vide letter dated 23.9.2005. The payment has also been made to the petitioner on 22.3.2006.

(2.) In view of this fact, the compliance of the Court order dated 12.5.2005 has already been made. This fact has not been controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

(3.) In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents as well as reply, nothing survives in this petition. The instant petition is dismissed. Notices are discharged.
