JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr. P. C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 2. 12. 2005.

(2.) RESPONDENT No. 2 Smt. Rajeshwari Mohan Sharma filed a complaint against petitioners before the Court of learned Addl. Civil Judge (Junior Division) & Judicial Magistrate No. 20, Jaipur City, Jaipur which was forwarded by the court under Section 156 (3) Cr. P. C. to Police Station Brahmpuri, Jaipur whereupon F. I. R. No. 7/1999 came to be registered against the petitioners. The police after investigation filed charge-sheet against the petitioners for offences under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC.
