NATHURAM Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter has come up on an application filed by the learned counsel for the parties for accepting compromise between the parties and acquitting accused-petitioner of the offence under Sec. 325 I.P.C. Accused-petitioner Nathuram has been found guilty by the learned Court below for the offence under Sec. 325 I.P.C. and has been convicted and sentenced for the same.

(2.) Pursuant to the Production Warrant issued vide order 9.10.2006 of this Court, accused-petitioner Nathuram is present before the Court in person. Complainant non-petitioner Moturam Saini is also present in person.

(3.) The parties having now come to a compromise have filed an application under Sec. 320(6) read with Sec. 401 Crimial P.C. for permission to compound the offence under Sec. 325 I.P.C. along with the compromise. The permission sought for is granted and the compromise is accepted which be kept on record.
