(1.) heard learned Counsel for the parties.
(2.) The plaintiff-respondent filed a suit for eviction in respect of rented premises in the Lower Court on the ground of personal bonafide necessity. The suit was decreed by the Lower Court and the judgment of the Lower Court has been affirmed by the First Appellate Court.There was a specific issue in respect of personal bona fide necessity of the plaintiff and his family members. The question of bona fide necessity is purely a question of fact and there is concurrent finding of both the Courts below In this regard.
(3.) No substantial question of law is involved in this second appeal.hence the same is dismissed at admission stage with no order as to costs. Appeal Dismissed.
