JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard. Perused the challan papers.

(2.) In the FIR, it is alleged that Chaina Ram had chopped off the penis of baby Narsingh, aged about 9 months, whereas after investigation, a challan has been filed against Smt. Kailashi for the said act. It is alleged that a blood stained knife has been recovered at the instance of the petitioner.

(3.) I have perused the injury report of baby Narsingh.
