(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE challan has been filed. THE petitioners have moved now this second bail application. On the challan papers, it appears that the deceased Vishnu Dutt died of incised wound on his scull. THE petitioners, Banshi Lal, Jayanti Lal and Ajay Kumar have been attributed "'lathis" in their hands; it is only the petitioner, (Gordhan and Paras Ram, who are said to have sharpedged weapon.
