JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is directed against the judgement of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dausa dated Aug. 29, 1975 by which he convicted and sentenced the appellant as follows:-

(2.) The substantive sentences of imprisonment were directed to run concurrently.

(3.) The appellant is in jail and was heard in person. The record was also perused.
