MUNGA RAM Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Counsel for the appellants submitted that the appellant No. 2 Hanuta Ram and No. 3 Chotha Ram passed away. Their death certificate have also been filed which are hereby taken on record.

(2.) In view of the above, the criminal appeal in respect of appellant No. 2 Hanuta Ram and No. 3 Chotha Ram is dismissed as abated.

(3.) The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by the order dtd. 17/7/2023, stated that the appeal filed by the appellant No. 1-Munga Ram, has been abated upon his death.
