JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard on admission.

(2.) This intra-Court appeal is directed against the order dated 12.08.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge of this High Court, whereby he has allowed S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1105/1999 of respondent No.1.

(3.) The original plaintiff/respondent No.1 Onkar has died and he is being represented through his legal representatives. Likewise, the original defendant Surjya/appellant has died and he too is being represented through his legal representatives.
