JUDGEMENT

(1.) On 30th June, 2015, counsel for the petitioner prayed for an adjournment of the matter for personal to him. The prayer was acceded to and the matter was adjourned to 6th July, 2015.

(2.) On 6th July, 2015, Mr. Tarun Choudhary, Advocate, on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner, sought adjournment for reasons personal to the arguing counsel (Mr. Jagmeet Singh). The prayer was again acceded to and the matter was deferred to 15th July, 2015.

(3.) Today, neither the counsel nor the petitioner is present to prosecute the matter. No request for adjournment of the matter has been made either.
