JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner Mohd. Irfan has approached this Court by way of the instant misc. petition seeking quashing of the FIR No.192/2015 registered at the Police Station Nayashahar, District Bikaner for the offences under Sections 420 and 376 IPC. He is a physically challenged man suffering from residual polio causing 60% permanent disability in his left lower limb.

(2.) The complainant Respondent No.2 Mst. M aged 30 years submitted a written report at the Police Station Nayashahar on 22.5.2015 with the following allegations:
