JUDGEMENT

(1.) Vide Order dated 6.7.2015, this Court has directed learned Counsel for the petitioner to submit requisite information along with affidavit regarding service of notice upon respondent. As per office reports dated 9.7.2015 and 1.8.2015, postal receipt and requisite affidavit have been filed respectively. Relying on the information obtained from website of Postal Department and affidavit of the petitioner, it is crystal clear that notices were served on the respondent as early as on 30.6.2015.

(2.) Petitioner has preferred this transfer petition under Sec. 24, Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short, 'C.P.C.') seeking indulgence of this Court to transfer Civil Original Case No. 924/201 A - Nishant Hada Vs. Anju Hada , pending before Family Court No. 1, Jaipur to Family Court No. 1, Jodhpur.

(3.) Aforesaid Civil Original Case No. 924/2014 is laid by respondent-husband under Sec. 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of marriage before Family Court No. 1, Jaipur.
