JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second bail application has been filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C.

(2.) The brief facts of the case are that an FIR No. 267/2014 was registered at P.S. Gandhi nagar, Ajmer for offence under Sec.457 and 380 IPC. The investigation was commenced and during the course of investigation, petitioner was arrested. He moved the bail application before the court below but same was dismissed. He thereafter move earlier bail application before this court, but same was also dismissed on 7.10.14 with liberty to file fresh upon the changed circumstances.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that now investigation has been completed, challan has been filed, and the alleged a offence is triable by Ist Class Judl. Magistrate, accused petitioner is in judicial lockup since long, trial of the case is likely to take time. Hence, the accused petitioner should be released on bail.
