JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Toshniwal, learned counsel present in the Court is directed to accept notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3. The respondents No.4 & 5 are represented by Mr. Mothsra on caveat.

(2.) Copy of the petition has been served on both the counsel. Looking to the nature of the case and the order proposed to be passed by this Court, the reply on behalf of the respondents is not necessary.

(3.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the order dated 7.5.2015, indicated as pronouncement on 14.5.2015 by the Superintending Engineer, R.W.S.R.P. Circle, Hanumangarh, whereby the appeal filed by the respondents No.4 2 & 5 under the provisions of the Rajasthan Irrigation and Drainage Act, 1954 ('the Act') has been allowed.
