JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revision petition has been filed under Section 53 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 (for short the Act of 2000) against the order dated 9.6.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Jhunjhunu in Cr. Appeal No.60/2015 by which appeal of juvenile was dismissed and order of Juvenile Justice Board was upheld, which relates to FIR No. 104/2015 registered at Police Station, Mukundgarh, District, Jhunjhunu for offences under sections 376, 354C & 506 IPC.

(2.) I have heard arguments of learned counsel for both the parties.
