JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE matter comes up on an application (CRLMA No.897/2014) for taking documents on record.

(2.) FOR the reasons stated in the application, the application (CRLMA No.897/2014) is allowed and the documents annexed with the said application be taken on record.

(3.) THIS criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for quashing the order dated 05.11.2012 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jodhpur (hereinafter referred to as 'the trial court') in Criminal Regular Case No.323/2011, whereby an application filed by the petitioner with a prayer for droping the proceedings pending against him has been rejected by the trial court. Being aggrieved with this the petitioner has filed this criminal misc. petition.
