JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition is directed against the order passed by the Board of Revenue ('Board') dated 26.9.2013, whereby the revision filed by the petitioners has been rejected.

(2.) THE petitioners filed a suit for declaration, correction of entries, partition and permanent injunction. Alongwith the suit, an application under Section 212 of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955 ('the Act') was filed seeking temporary injunction.

(3.) THE SDO by its order dated 25.5.2009, directed maintenance of status quo regarding the record and the land in dispute till the next date, thereafter, it appears that the order was extended from time to time and by order dated 14.2.2012, the SDO passed a cursory order and confirmed the order dated 25.5.2009 and disposed of the application filed by the petitioners.
