JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter comes up on an application (APPLW 941/15) preferred on behalf of the petitioner for preponement of the date of hearing. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

(2.) With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is finally heard.

(3.) By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking directions to allot the college to her for pursuing the studies of BSTC during the academic session 2015 -16.
