JUDGEMENT

(1.) AGGRIEVED by the judgment dated 6.8.2004 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track), Sikar, the appellants, Balbeer Singh and Hari Prasad, have preferred this appeal before this court. By the said judgment, Balbeer Singh was convicted for offences under Sections 364, 302, 120B and 201 IPC and was sentenced as under: -

(2.) THE sentenced were to run concurrently.

(3.) ON the other hand, Hari Prasad was convicted for offences under Sections 120B and 201 IPC and was sentenced as under: -
