RAMJEEVAN Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE instant criminal appeal has been preferred by Ramjeevan s/o Bhagwana, Sheoji s/o Lala and Ganpat s/o Narayan, whereby the present three appellants along with one Ratan s/o Lala Meena, were convicted and sentenced as under:

(2.) RATAN s/o Lala Meena has not challenged the judgment so far as his conviction, and sentence imposed are concerned.

(3.) RAMESH and Badri, brothers of Ramjeevan were acquitted by the trial court, as they had not caused any injury in the occurrence.
