LAXAMI NARAYAN Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) LAXAMI Narayan, alongwith Rajesh @ Raja @ Takhat Singh, Jagdish son of Bhanwarlal, and Suresh Sharma son of Mohanlal Pareek, were nominated as accused in case FIR No.145/2005 registered at Police Station, Manoharthana Distt. Jhalawar for offences under Sections 364, 302 and 394 IPC.

(2.) SURESH Sharma son of Mohanlal Pareek, could not be arrested, and was declared proclaimed offender, and charge -sheet was submitted against him under Section 299 IPC.

(3.) THE trial Judge vide impugned judgment dated 16th May, 2008, held appellant Laxmi Narayan, Rajesh @ Raja @ Takhat Singh, and Jagdish son of Bhanwarlal guilty of the offences under Sections 302/34 IPC, and 394 IPC.
