JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for following reliefs: -

Admittedly, the petitioner was appointed on substantive post after due selection by the District Collector, Chittorgarh and vide order Annexure -1, he was given posting in the office of the Tehsildar, Nimbahera. The petitioner was charge -sheeted under Rule 16 of the Rajasthan Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1958 vide charge -sheet dated 14.9.1987 by the Tehsildar, Nimbahera in which five charges were framed against the petitioner, which reads as under: -
