LEELARAM Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) On 05th of August, 2005 at about 03:00 P.M. daughter of the complainant - Dharampal Yadav (PW -1) was allegedly kidnapped and raped by the present appellant. The name of the daughter of the complainant is withheld to protect her identity and herein after shall be referred as the 'Victim'.

(2.) The appellant was tried by the Court of of Additional Sessions Judge, Behrod, Alwar. The said Court, vide its impugned judgment dated 29.05.2006, held the appellant guilty of offences punishable under Ss. 363, 366 -A and 376Fof Indian Penal Code.

(3.) Having convicted the appellant for the above said offences, the trial Court, vide a separate order of even date, sentenced him as under: -
