JUDGEMENT

(1.) INSTANT petition is directed against order of the Ld. Tribunal impugned herein dt.15.9.2000.

(2.) TWO applicants separately filed their original application before the Tribunal.

(3.) THE applicant Gyan Ravi Ojwani assailed the provisional seniority list of the Upper Division Clerk dt.8.8.1990 by filing original application -558/1990 and his bone of contention was that he is senior to the present respondent since he passed typing test prior to the private respondents. At the same time, the present petitioner also filed his original application (644/1994) and his grievance was that final seniority list of Lower Division Clerk which was published on 17.8.1981 qua impleaded respondent in the original application was not in conformity with the scheme of rules and both the original applications were decided by the Tribunal by common order. However, we find from the record that the order passed in OA -558/1990 has attained finality.
