(1.) THIS revision petition is reported to be time barred by 323 days.

(2.) FOR the reasons mentioned in the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, the delay of 323 days in filing this revision petition is condoned. The application seeking condonation of delay thus, stands disposed of and the petition heard on merits.
