JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE prayer in the present petition is for appointment on the post of Constable (GD) in C.R.P.F. in pursuance to the advertisement dated 05.02.2011.

(2.) IT is contended that the petitioner cleared the written examination. Thereafter, he appeared in the Physical Efficiency Test. He also cleared the Physical Efficiency Test but has not been given appointment and no reason has been given for the same.
