JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second bail application under Sec. 439 Crimial P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner, as the first bail application preferred by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 9.12.2014 as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh bail application after filing of charge sheet.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material on record.

(3.) An FIR No.188/2014 has been registered at Police Station Kolayat, District Bikaner against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 307, 323 and 143 l.P.C. and Sec. 3(1)(10) SC/ST Act and Sec. 27 of Arms Act.
