JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition is directed against the order dated 18.07.2014 passed by the trial court, whereby while allowing the application filed by the defendant under Order VII, Rule 11 CPC, the plaint filed by the petitioner has been rejected.

(2.) THE petitioner filed a suit for permanent injunction and declaration.

(3.) AFTER reply was filed by the petitioner, the trial court vide the order impugned allowed the application and rejected the plaint.
