(1.) Heard. Issue notice. Learned Public Prosecutor accepts notice for respondent no.1 State. Learned counsel Mr.R.S. Choudhary accepts notice for the respondents no.2 & 3. With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally and decided today itself.
(2.) The instant misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner complainant being aggrieved of the order dated 17.11.2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge No.2, Hanumangarh whereby, the evidence of the prosecution witnesses was closed.

The petitioner moved an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court for summoning the witnesses who are the representatives of Airtel and Vodafone service providers in order to prove the call details and location of two sims issued by the said companies. The application was accepted by a reasoned order dated 4.8.2015 considering the evidence of such witnesses to be relevant. The trial Court thereafter, under the pretext that these witnesses were not being produced despite repeated opportunities, closed their evidence vide order dated 17.11.2015 which is impugned in the instant misc. petition.
