KAMAL SHARMA Vs. STATE OF RAJ.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellant -accused Kamal Sharma S/o Shri Sohan Lal, has preferred the present appeal, to assail the conviction and sentence for the offences under Sec. 376 IPC and Sec. 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

(2.) The appellant vide impugned judgment dated 03.12.2014 was convicted for the above offences and vide a separate order of even date was sentenced as under:

(3.) For the offence under Sec. 376 IPC, the accused was sentenced to 10 years rigorous imprisonment with a fine of Rs. 1,000/ -, in default thereof to further undergo one month's additional simple imprisonment.
