MAHENDRA SINGH Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mahendra Singh s/o Bachhan Singh was tried by the court of Special Judge (Women Atrocities-Dowry Cases), Jaipur City, for having committed rape upon his minor daughter aged ten years (name withheld to protect her identity thus, hereinafter to be referred as the victim/P.W.11).

(2.) The trial court vide the impugned judgment dated 28.7.2005, held the appellant guilty of offence under Section 376 (2)(f) IPC and sentenced the appellant to undergo life imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs. 100/-, in default thereof, to undergo three month R.I.

(3.) Aggrieved against his conviction and sentence, the appellant has filed the present appeal.
