JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal has been filed by the appellants against the judgment and order dated 15.11.1988 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge No. 2, Alwar Camp Behror, in Sessions Case No. 65/1983, whereby accused appellants have been convicted for the offence under Section 307 IPC and sentenced to undergo 3 years Rl together with fine of Rs. 200/-; in default of payment of fine, to further undergo 2 months Rl.
