JUDGEMENT

(1.) The following order of the Court was delivered by Hon'ble Mr.Justice Ajit Singh, Acting Chief Justice:

(2.) This common order shall decide D.B.Civil Special Appeals (Writ) No.480, 522, 524, 525 and 693 all of 2015 because they involve the same issue and were heard together.

(3.) It is to be noted that the State of Rajasthan was impleaded as party by the private respondents in all their respective writ petitions.
