JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter comes up on an application being CRLMA No.962/2014 for taking the compromise on record.

(2.) For the reasons stated in the application, the application (CRLMA NO.962/2014) is allowed and the compromise be taken on record.

(3.) This Criminal Misc. Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for quashing the FIR No.6/2014 dated 04.01.2014 of Police Station, Bhadra, District Hanumangarh, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 -B IPC.
