JUDGEMENT

(1.) Instant review petition has been filed for recalling of the order dt.7 .8.2014.

(2.) The batch of writ petitions came to be decided by a common judgment dt.7.8.2014 and the basic grievance of the writ petitioners which was noticed by this Court from CWP-20344/2013 is in respect of the procedure of shortlisting adopted by the University of Rajasthan of the candidates who were called for interview.

(3.) Common advertisement No.03/2012/T dt.01.11.2012 came to be notified by the respondent University inviting applications for the post of Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor of 42 various departments, however, the litigation came to the Court in respect of six departments and one out of the six department was the Department of Sociology in regard to selection process initiated for the post of Assistant Professor.
