JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the Order dated 20.4.2015 passed by the Trial Court, whereby, the application filed by the petitioner under Order I Rule 10 C.P.C. has been rejected.

(2.) The respondent-plaintiff filed a suit for eviction from the shop and mesne profits against the petitioner.

(3.) A written statement was filed by the petitioner disputing the averments made by the petitioner.
