RAM NARAIN AND ORS. Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) In the instant case, as per prosecution case, Mst. Manjulata Bana @ Sonu daughter of Laxman Singh (PW -1) on 29th of January, 2007 according to Hindu Customs & Rites was married with Avinash son of Ramnarain and Smt. Shanti Devi, (the appellants herein).

(2.) On 28th of May, 2008 at around 08:58 P.M. Mst. Manjulata Bana @ Sonu in her matrimonial home, bearing Plot No. B -19, Power House Road, Sain Colony, Jaipur received burn injuries. She succumbed to the injuries in her matrimonial home.

(3.) Laxman Singh (PW -1), the father of the deceased presented written -report (Exhibit -P/1) before Rajesh (PW -15), who was then posted as Station House Officer, Police Station, Sadar Jaipur City (South).
