JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for following reliefs:

It emerges from the arguments of both the parties that after conducting examination for the post of Agriculture Supervisor, key of the question booklets was uploaded on the University Website on 3.3.2015 and objections were invited from the candidates by 9.3.2015. In pursuance of that all the objections received from the candidates along with proof were analysed critically and opinion of the second expert was taken upon the answers of the questions for which objections were raised. As per opinion of second expert, the committee was constituted to review the answers of the questions. The said committee made recommendations in which 7 questions were deleted, thereafter revised key was uploaded on the University website on 6.4.2015 and again objections were invited upon key from the candidates within 3 days.
