JUDGEMENT

(1.) The above captioned appeals have been filed by the 3 appellants assailing the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 19.04.2007 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track) No. 2, Jaipur city, Jaipur in Sessions Case No. 4/2005 (State of Raj. v/s. Yogesh & Ors.) whereby the accused -appellants were convicted for the offences under Ss. 364/34, 392/34 and 302/34 IPC and sentenced as under:

(2.) All the sentences were ordered to run concurrently. Benefit of provision of Sec. 428 Cr.P.C. was also given to the accused -appellants.

(3.) Broad features of the prosecution case are that on 30.10.2003 Govind Singh Chouhan S/o Shankar Singh Chouhan (PW -6) submitted a written report (Ex. -D/2) before Mr. Jagmohan Sharma (PW -19) SHO, Police Station Jalupura, Jaipur as under:
