ASHOK KUMAR Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Appellant viz., Ashok Kumar @ Ruda was tried by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track) No. 1, Jaipur District Jaipur for having committed offence of rape on 11th of March, 2008 at around 04:00 P.M. in the area of Govindpura Basri, Tehsil Shahpura, District Jaipur, upon a child girl aged about five -years (herein after to be called as Victim, to protect her identity), daughter of complainant, Sultan (PW -1).

(2.) The trial Court held the appellant to be guilty for offences punishable under Ss. 376(2)(f), 354 and 324 of Indian Penal Code.

(3.) Having convicted the appellant for the above said offences, the trial Court, vide a separate order of even date, sentenced him as under: -
