(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material/record of the case made available to me during arguments of the case.
(2.) The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 1 Laxmi Narayan has already been arrested. Therefore, his bail application under Sec. 438 Cr.RC. has become infructuous. The bail application of petitioner No. 1 Laxmi Narayan is dismissed.
(3.) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is one of the unusual case wherein complainant Smt. Suja Devi is living with her husband and no allegation has been alleged against husband but in the present case it has been alleged that family members of the husband are making demand of dowry.
